First play date

Grant had his first play date about 2 weeks ago. Here are some funny pics from the play time in Owen's crib. Nice expressions buddy! We have an intense little bugger :)

Now Grant weighs

in at 10 pounds and he will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. He has started to smile and coo a lot. it is so cute. Right before he falls into a deep sleep - he always starts laughing for a few seconds. I can;t wait until he laughs when he is awake- bc it is adorable. If we put him on his belly - sometimes he will roll onto his back= which he doesn't like. He also lifts his head and turns it from side to side- he does this alot. I think it is one of his favorite things. We still can;t get that hand away from his face. I can;t even keep track of how many times he knocks himself in the head and then starts crying. HE is quite the character. He hardly takes naps and still only sleeps 3 hour stretches through the night- and that is on a good night. We are so proud of our little guy and love him lots!

I think Grant likes hanging out wiyh his dad the most. Hejust likes getting food from his mommy!

eat, sleep, and poop

Well little Grant is almost 9 1/2 pounds and getting a bit chubby. Maybe it is bc he wakes his momma up every 2-3 hours to eat around the clock. What i would give for a 4 hour nap... I guess those days are in the past for now. I am waiting for that special night when he surprises me and gives me a little break. We'll see...
