mom and boys

Campbell and Anna mae

Well, as u can see I am a little addicted to the camera. What can I say?

Dancing...

Feeding the animals...

The kids love riding in the mule... and so do the adults!!!!

Farm pics!

Grant being silly...

Here is Grant and John- one of Grant's favorite things to do is snatch John's glasses. Youn can see how much John likes this game.
And then there is the constant following me around the house... we need to get Grant a dog or adopt a kid or something! Mommy needs some alone time :)

A little tired...

Even when the boys were tired- they were very pleasant :) This is when we need the daddy's to take over!

just having fun :)

We are just hanging out while the husbands are studying hard for finals. We miss having them around- especially when the tires are all flat on the strollers and bikes :) But the little stinkers seem to be having a blast. And I am just glad that I have this new camera to capture all the adorable moments!

Grant and Caydon

Jenny had a fun idea for the little boys. We put some flour in a bowl and took it outside to see what the boys would do. Caydon was the smart one and he didn't try to eat it. Grant took some big bites and was not too happy about it....

Playtime with G-man

I'm still trying to figure out my camera- but in the meantime.... We can't resisit fun play-time! I crank up the radio everyday and dance with Grant around the house. He loves it and has become a little dancer himself. I will have to post a video sometime!

New faces...

Here are some of Grant's faces I have never been able to capture before. Pretty funny! He loves crawling out the front door and playing in the dirt. I am getting him a sandbox for his bday- I hope he loves it as much as the dirt :)

New camera....

So we decided on the Canon Rebel XSi. We wanted to get the camera bf Grant's 1st bday and the fun-filled holidays. I am in the process of reading the manual tonight. Of course I couldn't resist a few beginner shots! I can't wait to start taking better photos. Hoepfully, I am a fast learner :)

Grant's favorite place in the house!

This little stinker will hear me open the dishwasher from the other side of the house and will bee-line over before I can even load it. I turn my back for a second and he is in the dishwasher! What to do? He only loves playing with adult things- cell phones, laptops, appliances, remotes, glasses, pens & pencils, silverware, etc. hmmmm...

Trip to Orlando...

Jenny and I escaped to Orlando for a little retreat at my grandmother's house. Her house is so fun. It sits on a beautiful 8 acre lot in the middle of a very busy part of Kissimmee. Her home is nice and big with plenty of room to spread out. The boys had so much fun playing together all day! I didn't even take that many pics Jenny and I were too busy relaxing and playing games. Then there were the late night talks and old movies that kept us from getting our beauty sleep... :)

Why you should think twice about the flu shot...

The vaccine created for the flu is based on guessing what virus will be around causing the flu illness a year in advance. The vaccine manufacturers collect sample body fluids from infected people from China and Australia for three different viruses, (two A strains and one B strain). They breed the viruses months in advance of the flu season. The virus is inactivated with formaldehyde, and Tri(n)butyl phosphate and polysorbate 80 are added. There are no safety studies before releasing the vaccine. We do not know how the shots or the neuro-toxins will affect the human body in the years to come.
