He kind of looks like grant here...

It is funny how sometimes he looks like Grant and then other times he looks totally different.

8 weeks today

Garrett is 8 weeks old today. He is 24.5 inches and 13 1/2 pounds. He is about 80-90th percentile for weight and height. He is my formula baby! Sorry buddy... we tried :)

big smiles!

Garrett will be 8 weeks on Friday. This phase is much cuter than the newborn phase. I love all the smiles and giggles and cooing. He is really a sweet little guy. He looks more and more like my side of the family. We will see how it turns out though- Grant is def a good mix. He is a great night time sleeper and loves taking cat naps all day long. I just need the weather to get better so we can go out more!

New flip video camera

Thanks to John's parents for visiting and using their flip camera... John surprised me with an early valentine's day gift! I am so excited... I have wanted a flip camera for awhile. This is the only thing I really wanted for Christmas. Now I can enjoy taking videos of the 2 boys. Thanks John!

Visit from Oma and Opa

Garrett is 4 weeks old. We had a fun visit from John's parents in Ut. Grant had a great time hanging out with his Opa that he doesn't get to see very often. I had fun spending time with Oma shopping and cleaning...

I actually have a minute bc my sister is watching grant for the day. What a difference that makes for me. He is def the harder of the 2 boys. He is driving me crazy most of the time... of course Garrett is like the perfect newborn today. I am sure my night will be a little tougher though. I am going to take advantage of this free moment and put up some pics....

He is a very good boy. He loves to sleep and be held. He is so much bigger than Grant was- it is almost wierd for me. All the 0-3 months clothes are put away. He will be 6 weeks on Friday. These pics are from when he was only a few days old. I will put up more recent ones in the next few days- hopefully!

it has been too long

I have been very busy the last few weeks and enjoyed a blogging break. Here are some old pics and i hope to upload a bunch of recent pics soon. We have a lot going on right now, so sorry for the absense. My 2 little boys are doing well and we are having fun adjusting to a family of 4....
