we miss johno!

So John has been gone for 2 days and we have all been a little sad. Grant is the most affected by his departure. Every morning and every night he walks around the whole house and says "where dada?". It is really sad to watch. We had some work guys deliver John's graduation present yesterday. They have a red truck and so does John. When they pulled up Grant was so excited. He always runs out when he sees Johns red truck drive up. I had to quickly tell him that it was not Dada. He had a very confused face...I have been trying to fill our days with fun activities to make the time go by quickly... needless to say we still have 10 days to go! He better be having tons of fun in China :)

oh sad! rossi does the same, as soon as he sees or hears phil's car he starts to go wild. phil was in detroit for 2 days and that was hard enough for me (i had to call my mom to come help) i can't imagine 12!! i couldn't handle it, but it sounds like you have a good game plan :)

you are right brooke... a newborn is def much harder. garrett has turned into a very easy baby! he is already 5 months- it is my 2 year old that is the problem :) thank goodness i got lucky this time!

it's the same here, aprilia is such a good baby, rossi however is not the easiest right now. tons of tantrums, jealousy, oh and he likes to put blankets on aprilia's head. i have to watch him constantly. so i know exactly what you mean! aprilia is sleeping 8 hours at night! oh how i love that :)

Poor little guy! Every time the neighbor gets in and out of his car Macie thinks it's Daddy pulling into the driveway...so sad. I'm dying to know what the big graduation present was that took an entire truck to deliver?
